All pricing for Plan-it Earth Design services is based on an hourly rate of $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. Time is calculated in 15 minute increments. All hours are billable hours. I do not offer free consultations at your home.

I'll be happy to meet with you at no charge at a mutually convenient location to show you my portfolio and discuss how I may best work with you while answering any questions you may have about the design process.

The table below reflects prices for a typical front or a back yard on a 50' x 100' lot. Actual fees for full property designs will be determined at the time of the consultation and based on the size of your property.

* Because each garden is different and each client's needs and desires are unique, it's difficult to predict exactly how long each project will take. Because I understand your need to work within a budget, I'll do my best to provide a realistic estimate of the time involved based on my extensive experience. An estimate is an educated guess about how long your project will take. When I see that a project may go over the original estimate, I'll discuss it with you.

+While two hours is an average time for a consultation, there can be a range of time from one-to-three hours.

** These design services go hand-in-hand and require an initial consultation. Site measurement is required for to-scale drawings; you can save money by measuring your site before our meeting.

*** I offer you my wholesale cost for any plants we purchase, saving you money! Billable shopping hours include time at the nursery (average of two-to-three hours per nursery) plus travel time one way, at $75 per hour. Arrangements may need to be made for plant delivery, and plant placement services are often recommended back at the planting site.

Payment for services is expected at the time the service is provided.
